Ricci, known for her roles in films like “The Addams Family” and “Monster,” reposted an Instagram story expressing outrage that McGregor was given a platform on Fallon’s show. The post highlighted the severity of the assault, including details of the victim’s injuries.
McGregor, a former UFC champion, is set to make a comeback in a fight against Max Holloway on July 11 after not competing since 2021. During his appearance on “The Tonight Show,” McGregor and Fallon discussed various topics but avoided addressing McGregor’s past controversies. The interview faced backlash from viewers.
Apart from the 2018 sexual assault case, McGregor has faced allegations of assault at a Miami Heat game in 2023 and other incidents. McGregor, who briefly considered running for president of Ireland in 2025, emphasized his passion for fighting during the interview.
