The latest additions to the PWHL now have their official jerseys revealed. PWHL Vancouver and Seattle showcased their inaugural jerseys ahead of their first encounter in Vancouver next month. The Bauer jerseys display the city names on both home and away uniforms, with team names and logos to follow before the 2026-27 season.

Vancouver’s jersey reflects the city’s natural surroundings with a color scheme of pacific blue, cream, and earthy bronze accents. PWHL Vancouver forward Sarah Nurse expressed excitement about the jersey reveal and the upcoming season, anticipating strong support from fans.

Similarly, Seattle’s jerseys feature deep slate green, cream, and river blue highlights. PWHL Seattle GM Meghan Turner highlighted the classic design of the jerseys, symbolizing the league’s journey and their commitment to representing Seattle with pride.

The PWHL season kicks off on November 21, with Seattle facing Vancouver among the opening night matchups. Both expansion teams were built through an expansion draft process, resulting in the existing teams losing key players.

Vancouver boasts a solid defensive lineup led by players from the Walter Cup-winning Minnesota Frost. The team has also secured top talents like Hannah Miller and Jennifer Gardiner, along with goaltender Emerance Maschmeyer and Kristen Campbell.

On the other hand, Seattle showcases a blend of size and skill, with potential star-studded lines featuring players like Hilary Knight, Alex Carpenter, and Hannah Bilka. PWHL Vancouver will play at Pacific Coliseum, while Seattle will call Climate Pledge Arena their home, sharing the venue with the NHL’s Seattle Kraken and WNBA’s Seattle Storm. Seattle’s first home game will be against the Minnesota Frost on November 28.
