The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department announced on Monday that they are probing a fresh sexual assault allegation against hip-hop icon Sean (Diddy) Combs, who is currently serving a four-year prison term for prostitution-related convictions.

According to NBC News, a male music producer and publicist reported that during a 2020 photoshoot at a Los Angeles warehouse, Combs exposed himself while masturbating and asked the accuser to participate. The producer alleged that Combs then threw a soiled shirt at him. The accuser, whose name is withheld in the police report, stated that he kept quiet for years due to feeling ashamed but eventually came forward to authorities in Largo, Florida, in September, shortly after Combs’ prior convictions.

When contacted for comment on the recent accusations, Combs’s lawyer did not reply to The Associated Press’s email. The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department disclosed that they received the official report from the Florida department on Friday and will be conducting an investigation into the claims.

In addition, the report includes an account from March 2021 in which the accuser alleged that two men covered his head before Combs entered the room and labeled him as a snitch, as per NBC.

Combs was previously found guilty in July of transporting his partners and male sex workers across the country for drug-induced sexual activities at various locations over several years. However, he was acquitted of more severe charges such as sex trafficking and racketeering that could have led to a life sentence.

His projected release date is set for May 2028, with potential sentence reductions based on his involvement in substance abuse treatment and other prison programs.
