“Blue Jays Dominate Mariners 13-4 in Game 3 Upset”

The Toronto Blue Jays’ offense came alive in Game 3, overpowering the Seattle Mariners with a 13-4 victory at T-Mobile Park. Leading the charge was veteran pitcher Shane Bieber, acquired by the Blue Jays in July. Despite giving up an early two-run homer, Bieber settled in, striking out eight batters over six solid innings.

Toronto’s momentum surged in the third inning, highlighted by shortstop Andrés Giménez’s two-run homer. The Jays continued to dominate, with George Springer adding a solo shot in the fourth and Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and Alejandro Kirk contributing home runs in the fifth and sixth innings, respectively.

Mariners’ late-game homers by Randy Arozarena and Cal Raleigh did little to deter the Jays, who maintained control throughout. Manager John Schneider praised the team’s offensive prowess, emphasizing the need for precise pitching to counter Seattle’s power hitters.

Although the Mariners still hold a 2-1 series lead, Toronto’s Game 3 triumph signals a potential shift in momentum. The Blue Jays aim to even the series in Game 4, determined to secure a spot in the World Series for the first time since 1993. If successful, they will face either the Los Angeles Dodgers or the Milwaukee Brewers, both formidable contenders with impressive track records.
